Katie Holmes is looking to relaunch her career, but she has one very large obstacle in her way. It seems that no one wants to touch her as they dread dealing with the 'Tom factor'. It seems as we all suspected, Tom wants to be in complete control of everything Katie does and says, therefore controlling any movie set that she steps foot on. Katie you really are in a pickle.
