Mel Gibson has been detained by authorities for allegedly drink-driving.
After failing a breathalyser test he was arrested and apparently went into an abusive tirade.
Mel, who has battled alcoholism throughout his adult life, blamed his ‘horrific relapse’ back into alcohol dependency for his behaviour. He was full of praise for the sheriffs for stopping him before he hurt anyone else, and ‘profoundly’ regretted what had happened.
I am shocked and disappointed Mel!
