Is Nicole pregnant?

There have been more concrete rumours that Nicole Kidman is pregnant after she was spotted leaving St John's Health Centre in Santa Monica, California where she had been picking up her results that apparently show that she is expecting. Friends are reporting that she is over the moon, and congratulations to her and Keith if the rumours are true. I just hope that she doesn't leave Connor and Isabella out of this, as all reports involving her first 2 children never seem to include her, instead it is always Tom and Katie at football matches cheering from the sidelines, while Nicole and Keith are pictured taking the long romantic walks in foreign countries. I would never rate, crazy Tom over Nicole, and it does seem that his own relationship is heading into a crisis, but I just wish Nicole was around more. Still after many years of waiting and with her best friend Naomi Watts expecting as well, the baby couldn't have come at a better time.
